Intellectual Property & Ownership
Streetrace retains full ownership of its technology, methodologies, agent frameworks, platform code, and all related intellectual property and know-how. Clients and users retain full ownership of their own applications, configurations, and outputs created with or without use of Streetrace technology. Use of our platform does not transfer any ownership of Streetrace IP.
License to Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Streetrace grants clients and users a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable right to use the platform in accordance with the chosen plan (open-source, team, or enterprise). Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or creation of derivative works from Streetrace technology is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by license.
Responsibility of Users
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations when using the platform. Clients are solely responsible for the content and artifacts they generate, deploy, or manage through Streetrace services.
Data Security & Confidentiality
Streetrace will maintain commercially reasonable safeguards to protect customer data. We do not claim ownership of client data, repositories, or outputs. Clients are responsible for securing access to their environments, including authentication, encryption, and backup practices consistent with their compliance requirements.
Service Modifications & Availability
Streetrace continually improves its platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features with reasonable notice. Service levels are probabilistic in nature due to AI-driven components, and while we commit to commercially reasonable uptime and support SLAs, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
